Envirothon is a competitive event for high school students that tests their knowledge of various natural resource topics such as aquatics, forestry, soils, wildlife, & a current issue topic that changes each year. This popular program begins at the local level and successful teams progress to the state, and ultimately to a continent-wide competition. Our program here in Cattaraugus County has grown tremendously over the years, with over 90 students from as many as 12 county participating schools.
